    Bought this microwave as a replacement fot another Samsung brand micro bought 7 years ago. Happy with purchase and hopefully will work for 7 years as the prior one did.

    The microwave is definitely a good value but we heard some strange noises from the motor when we first were using the unit. Best Buy is bringing us a new one to be installed. I still think it's a good microwave and would recommend it.

    It has been working great since I bought it over 1 year. Awesome product and it has great look. Earlier version had 4 fan individual settings and now I have the one button to press 4 time to get to the required setting of fan.

    Purchase one from best buy and first time there is a dent. Second time it was ok and I purchased the warranty with it. Look sleek and nice. Only time will time whether its good.
