Popcorn etc takes twice as long as other microwaves from different manufactures. Might be a one off with this one but something to be aware of.

I tried to take it back to Best Buy and return. They would not take it back because it was past 15 days. I purchased a Samsung because my last one lasted 11 years. Not this one. It did not heat as good as my previous one. When it stopped working the inside was so hot you could not touch. I'm thought it was going to catch on fire. Not happy with my purchase

Definitely the newer technology of microwaving

I thought this new one is better than our old but it’s not this I rate from 1-10 it’s like 5 as fair. I don’t like the smell it’s like a power burning smell and the sound is loud. Overall okay

Great Microwave.

Had to drill new holes in the cabinet above due to new location for those bolts. One thing you have to get used to is that the inside compartment is a dark color. Got it for a great deal as well - $200
