Great product glad we bought it you will not be disappointed

It's not really very fingerprint-resistant. The buttons require extra effort to use. I usually have to press them twice.

Works great, has 4 fan speeds, and is quick to heat! It is not an overly fancy microwave but has everything you need... unless you need the convection option!

Great value and perfect fit with our other Samsung appliances.

I really wanted a different one but you guys didn't have it in stock couldn't wait on it to come in. It was a little higher price than the one I have now.

The outside looks good, and I liked the blue interior. Now, I regret the blue interior, because it is dark and I can't see the food while in the microwave. I need to bring out the dish.

It works but vibrates and was bent in several places. They installed it anyway and left a lot of shipping plastic on it.

The turntable is difficult to position. It is also extremely hot to the touch. Instructions are difficult to follow.

It was a gift for my son,and his beautiful family. They are really enjoying it. The person who came and installed it,was very professional.

Buttons are not very sensitive and sometimes require repeated pushing for them to work. Clock and some other settings are not intuitive. You need the manual to figure them out.

I love this new microwave. It has a different coating inside that makes it easier to clean, especially with the way my kids clean. Even the new stainless steel color is nice, wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life.

Painless online ordering and selecting an installation date. They narrowed down my time to two hours and the team that came were very professional and neat. My membership to Geek Squad saved me a considerable amount for the delivery and install service.

Works great! We love it. The only tricky thing about this unit is setting the time. Our other microwaves had clock identified for setting. This microwave is set by holding the Power Level button for three seconds. A small clock icon is below the PL.

Works and looks great . Only issue I have is the buttons are not very responsive and it almost feels like you have to really push down on them unlike most other microwaves.

Works pretty well and was a good replacement for a previous Samsung Model. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Downside is the buttons are bit off and the need to hit them multiple times to select speed or brightness.

Mom’s microwave broke, so I bought her this one to match her Samsung stove. She said it works great and heats perfectly.

Love this microwave, got it to match our oven! Only downside is that the door is slightly off and isn't flush with the right side. Probably just a small defect that only we will notice... otherwise it's been great! Pretty strong fan on it as well with 4 speeds.

The microwave works fine but like the kitchen timer beeps and turns off after the first beep. Burning numerous dishes at the point of being useless. Also, if you have the timer working you can not use the microwave at the same time. With these terrible designs we can't use the microwave like we always have. Samsung used to be a quality brand. I won't buy them anymore.

Setting the system up was fairly easy. I am still having some problems with printing from both computers but I feel the problem is with me and not the computer.
