    All is fine, except the temple they sent with the unit to install it under the cabinet is not accrued.

    Louder than average…. Inside glass tray slips out of position easy and gets off spin. Dark inside colored like and oven does not allow you to see splatters. This can be good and bad. Light is dim also.

    This microwave is just ok. I doesn't have express cook options, and it doesn't come with an instruction manual. It works fine as-is, but the failure to include an express cook option is disappointing.

      We can see how disappointing it is to not have a feature you are looking forward to on this Samsung microwave model. Let us aid you with this microwave.

      The microwave is equipped with sensor cooking. The sensor cooking buttons work the same way as express cooking where you press the buttons on the control panel. The difference is with sensor cooking, instead of the number keys, you press specific buttons like popcorn, potato, pizza, frozen entrée, reheat, and veggies.

      I have shared this model's user manual link. Please turn to pages 9 and 11 for the control panel outline and the sensor cooking buttons.

    Took me a while to figure out how to set the clock. Also, buttons take a bit of getting used to, but overall is good.

    Very nice microwave. Only downside is its not all fingerprint resistant. Like the buttons are the most high traffic spot and fingerprints show. Nice feature with sensor cook

    A slight upgrade from our other Samsung microwave (that pre-dated our home purchase). It opens much better. The black interior is nice for camouflaging splatters, but makes it a bit darker inside.

    Good OTR microwave. Will throttle down the fan by itself when starting the microwave, and fan will stay throttled down after you are done with the oven. Overall, a good microwave for the price. Also, hard to remember how to reset the clock without searching online. Did not come with a manual.
