    It took us 3 tries to get one that finally worked but as the say, the 3rd time is a charm. The first one stated making a loud hammering sound after about a month. The second one had a problem with the cooling fan hitting the shroud. thank goodness for the Best Buy protection program.

    The microwave works fine. I had a hard time finding a black microwave oven, as everything now is stainless steel, and I had to match the color to my other appliances. It is easy to use. Setting the clock is tricky, as it is done by pushing illogical combination of buttons, though.

    Goes great with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen. I had a difficult time setting the clock however I just imply it at midnight and started it overs that way

      Congratulations on your new Samsung Microwave. I see that you are having issues with this control panel. Do know that this push button control panel works best when using the pads of your fingers. There is another panel that we make on some models with a touch glass panel.
