Microwave is quiet and works really well. Needed to purchase this to replace an older unit, which must have been bad for awhile. This unit works amazing! Was easy to install, overall great for the price. Would buy again if I needed another.

I miss my automatic quick settings. For example: I have to press start even with the 30 sec, preset. The Stainless and the glass are not as easy to keep clean as you would like over a cooktop. Also, it is almost two inches deeper than the microwave we replaced with it. This causes a bit of an issue only BECAUSE it is over the cooktop. I am only five feet tall and I hit my head when I am reaching for the back burners on the cooktop. I like the interior (dark-blue with white speckles) and the cooking times are spot on. Overall, my only issues are cosmetic.

Good value but a few missing features prevent a 5 star review. One of the biggest missing feature is having a one-touch start for 1 through 5 minutes by pressing the 1 through 5 buttons. Other microwaves in this price range will automatically start a 1 minute cook when you press the 1 key, or 2 minute cook by pressing the 2 key etc. Other than that, it's pretty easy to install and the operation is straightforward.

We got this Samsung microwave to replace our LG that CAUGHT FIRE WHILE MAKING POPCORN. Never bought a Samsung kitchen appliance but I love my galaxy phone so I hope it holds up to that standard. We were hesitant to go w Samsung for the same reason we regretted by LG kitchen suite... they are not known for kitchen appliances... (after the TERRIBLE experience w LG appliances -LG microwave extended vent broke after 1 year and later caught fire. Our LG Refrigerator compressor failed after just 3 years and the black stainless started to peel on our LG range/oven and dishwasher 1 year in -we will never buy LG again!) We were limited with options bc we wanted the new microwave to match our existing black stainless kitchen appliances and fit the space where the old microwave was installed in our custom kitchen...so we took the chance on Samsung. So far so good. I wish it was a little quieter but it's not a deal breaker. Its super Easy to clean and warms food evenly.

Worked great till it didnt. I bought in 2020 and also purchased the three-year warranty. It went out four years later.

The microwave was a gift for my daughter and her husband. They loved it. It has all the features they needed and they loved the look of it.

Impressed with my new Samsung microwave! Sleek design, powerful heating, and user-friendly controls. The variety of presets and sensor cooking make meal prep a snap. The interior is spacious enough for larger dishes, and the turntable ensures even heating.

Great microwave which is good looking (appearance) and efficient. This microwave replaced the old model I had. I love the fact that the inside of the microwave has a Ceramic, Enamel coating, which makes it easy to clean. Also a Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel. :-)

Installation is pretty straight forward however I don't recommend using this for a 36" opening with the stainless steel adapters. The cabinet metal is thin and the screws have a hard time biting even when increasing size of screw. The exhaust fan is louder than we would like although it works as described. The directions are terrible and for the most part abbreviated. Just setting the time was challenging. My biggest concern however is the buttons on the touch panel. We have to press them in the right spot and harder than most to get them to respond. Probably consider another brand next time.

I didn't know what I was missing until I got this microwave. I love it! We had a cheaper microwave that heated but never evenly. This microwave heats beautifully and is beautiful. I love the black interior. I wanted to soften, but not melt, butter so I picked that option. I let it do its thing and I was certain it would be totally melted but it wasn't. It was perfect. I'm looking forward to seeing what else it can do.

As our old microwave went out (continue to blow fuse) we went shopping for a new Over the range microwave we looked at whirlpool, General Electric, and after all the research we decided to go with the Samsung. We were hesitant because other people told us to stay away from the Samsung and by whirlpool have not had any issues with it. looks great and works great.... The install was not difficult but I did take some time-

Looks Great. Power is not as high as our old one, thought they were the same wattage but this one takes a bit longer to reheat and thaw. The buttons are very hard to push. You really have to "push" to get it to respond. Hoping this gets better with age

Bought this stove recently and I love it!! has so many really great features. The air fryer is amazing as well as the rapid boil. So easy to clean. Would highly recommend

I am pleased with the salesman, the installation of my microwave. I am learning all of the features and how to use them. So far i am very pleased with the performance. It also looks great in my kitchen.

VERY QUIET AND SPACIOUS. SLEEK DESIGN AND MANY FEATURES TO CHOOSE FROM

Our microwave died suddenly and you know you can't live without one, right?! We drove to the Aurora Best Buy on a very snowy afternoon for our pick up. We were helped quickly and cheerfully by a delightful young man. The microwave was fairly easy to install over our range. Like the black and silver design, ease of use and programming. My new fave!

When our microwave suddenly stopped working, we went to Best Buy for a replacement. We were looking for a microwave-convection oven combination, but when each one we were looking at wouldn't be available for nearly 2 months, we started looking at the standard microwaves. This filled the bill! This Samsung microwave is not the fanciest, but so far, it cooks more quickly than our old microwave, it cleans up nicely, and of course, popcorn, anyone? Best popcorn I have had in a while! Would I recommend it? Yes. If you're looking for a microwave without loads of extras, but which will reheat your leftovers, pop your popcorn, defrost your meats, etc., this is your microwave!
