    Installed Damaged Microwave

    My microwave was installed damaged. I have called, and visited Best Buy on several occasions and today is 6/25 and I still have yet to have my microwave replaced.

    measure twice maybe three time before installing. template was off. way off.. this was the most frustrating install in my life.. if you own a different brand the brackets are different be forewarned and take the time to measure.

    Trash. Name plate is misaligned. The unit sounds broken. I called Best Buy on the 20th day of my new appliance only to be told 15 day return policy. Trash

    Don’t waste your money. Stopped working after only a month and a half. Couldn’t take it back to Best Buy because it was 35 days and dealing with samsung is a nightmare. Very disappointed with this purchase.

    This microwave broke down less than 6 month, we hardly used it, we never home, we purchase this Item brand new. BEWARE ..... BUY ANOTHER BRAND.... DON'T RECOMMEND IT ..

    Broke in 14 months

    I bought one of these on 11/20/2019, and it died 14 months later. I bought another just so I didn’t have to mount a new bracket and drill more holes in my cabinet.

    Don’t buy, only plate Or bowl will heat not food actually. I tried so many ways. Never buy any Samsung product I bought all appliances all are not good . Customer server error never care about customer.

    Delivery and installers did not show up on day scheduled and then, totally unannounced, the arrived the next day when no one was home

    Open box purchase missing parts. Lesson learned. Never buy an open box anything ever again. Was told there was nothing they could do. Referred to owners manual to order my own replacement parts.

    Unfortunately, this microwave quit working after 2 uses. It is currently at the repair shop. I am hoping Best Buy/Samsung stand behind their product if the repair shop cannot fix.
