We love it, it is quiet. Works well, I do not know what to say about the review but it works, it is nice there is not a huge amount of plastic inside like our former one. Easy to clean.

This microwave looks very nice and cooks very well and is very spacious. I have a few things keeping me from giving this a better rating. It does not vent as well as my previous microwave and is extremely loud. The lights on the bottom are super hot, so hot that if you have anything inside, like butter, it will melt it. The clock is fast. Overall its fine but could use some updates.

We enjoy our new microwave. It has more features than our old one, and it looks great, too! Matches all our new appliances!

Installation was straight forward with great mounting templates and excellent installation instructions. Operation is simple . However, there are 2 minor issues. 1st there is no operations manual included but it is available for download which you will likely need to set the clock. Which leads me to the 2nd issue. The clock runs slow. Over the course of a week it loses a full minute. Not a game changer, just an annoyance.

Nice microwave. Occasionally makes a funny noise as if there’s a loose screw or something. Easy to clean. Good size.

We purchased this over-the-range unit to replace the same model installed about six years ago. It worked perfectly, until it didn't. The repair person said the old one had a defective power supply -- no heat, but everything else worked. Samsung has a 10-year warranty on the power supply but the diagnosis has to be made by a Samsung-approved service center. The closest one to our Richmond rental is in Hayward. Too far. The good news: Installation was a breeze since we used the same model. Fingers crossed for its longevity.

This microwave is huge, easy to clean and with multiple setting. I wish the extractor was a bit more powerful, but it might be that I have it in re circulation mode.

Very happy with purchase. Still learning how to use all the different settings. More informative instruction book would have been helpful. Very spacious interior. All size and shape dishes easily fit in this microwave. Matches nicely with the other Samsung appliances I purchased. Buttons push a bit harder than my previous microwave so it is taking some time to get use to that. Interior cleans easily

Easy installation! The salesman ( Noah) helped in double checking the size. The fan works better than the 2 previous GE microwaves. The ceramic inside is easy to clean. Thumbs up!

Great microwave. Looks sleek and user friendly. I purchased this to replace one that had the probe type sensor. I never used that attachment. This model does the job.

This is an awesome microwave - I especially like the potato button because it is spot on! However, we were spoiled with our last microwave because it had an instant button for the minutes 1 through 5, whereas this one you have to press 1-0-0-start.
