We have Whirlpool and have had all kinds of issues with products not lasting like they used to with them now. So we decided to try a different brand. So far, this microwave is good. Two things... First... there is no clock button. Seems so odd and we had to get on YouTube to figure out how to set it because the manual that comes with this microwave is bad. Second... there are 2 pieces inside the microwave that are screwed in and look like cardboard. Do not take these out. They totally do not look like they belong in there and we had to YouTube and Google to see if they needed taken out or kept in because like i said earlier, the book is not informative. They need to be kept in. Do not remove them. As far as how its functioning... it seems to be working well. It does make a weird noise after you press the start button when it turns on... i am hoping its supposed to do this and its not something that will cause the microwave to stop working on us in a few months. Time will tell. If it goes bad... we will try our luck with GE. Hoping their appliances work as well as their cell phones!

I love my new Samsung Microwave

The sales person recommended to spend a little more and get this one because of the ceramic inside as it is easier to clean than your regular microwave. The sensor cooking works great. Is not as loud as most higher end microwaves. The capacity of this giant is very nice when you are reheating large plates or large Tupperware for the family. The design matches Frigidaire gallery range which is finger print resistant. I have gotten plenty of compliments on this unit because of the look of it.
