First time with an over-the-range microwave. Originally was looking for range hood vent to go with the new range. Didn't really need a new microwave as our countertop one was working fine. After pricing out range hoods, realized that the cheap ones were cheap and only moved about 100cfm. This microwave is rated to move 400cfm and a comparable hood only would be around the same price. Made sense to get this instead of a hood and save counter space. On to the microwave. Easy install, just take your time finding the studs to mount the bracket to. Use the template for the upper cabinet holes and the rest is easy. Install guide recommends 2-person, was able to easily do it myself but would have been a little easier with another set of hands. Everything works as expected. Looks good and matches the new range. Moves a lot of air (400cfm). Can be set up for external venting or internal recirculation. Only minor gripe, and may just be mine, is the "start" button seems to be a little off and needs to be pressed just below the indicator. Not a huge deal and more of an OCD annoyance but does not effect the operation of the microwave. Would buy it again and would recommend to others.

The staff was friendly when picking up out microwave. We got it home and unboxed it. It had everything we needed in the box. Since we were replacing an existing, older microwave, we had it out-of-box and installed in less than an hour. That was about three months ago, and we have not had any problems. Also, we sprung for the warranty.

Microwave replaced an older one that finally died. The new one is working as expected and looks great.

Great over the range Samsung Microwave. Its easy to use. Also the inside of the microwave is really nice. My experience at Best Buy was great. Ireally appreciate all the k kwledge that our salesman had to help us in the store. Our shopping experience was great because their associates gonout of there way to provide great Customer Service. They also help you load your car and that is a much needed experience. Thanks again Best Buy we will be returning in the future. Also i would definitely recommend others to shop at Best Buy for electronica and more. Best Buy is a great store.

Pros: -Relatively easy to install, needs at least two people though -Heats/cooks well. The sensor function works great, but doesn't show you the temperature it's heating to. -Rang lights and LED's are bright and can be dimmed Cons: -Buttons require a little extra pressure -Dark interior and dim interior light make it hard to watch what's happening Overall a very good microwave, and looks good as well.

This is a nice looking microwave that is easy to use. We moved from one house to another and went to purchase this microwave since we had one before. It is a great prices and works great.

The installation team only took about 30-45 minutes to pull down our old microwave and to install this one. It's a nice size and has some really good amenities. I've successfully used the sensor setting* a few times, and the ability to type in the time you want instead of having it just go at the push of a button is something I like. You also have the option of adding 3 seconds or 30, which is handy. The light and fan do their job effectively, and I'm happy with my purchase. * To make sense of the sensor setting, open the microwave door and read the fine print that's around the doorframe on the main microwave body. You can find everything you need there.

Only had the microwave for a few weeks but it is a delight from the "lawn mower" of a microwave we replaced. This microwave looks absolutely gorgeous and the installation was seamless.

I bought a month ago. I satisfied performance and shape. Work quietly and looks nice. It's good choice for price.

I got it installled and it is working great! Sadly it is replacing the exact same model that only lasted 3 years. Hopefully this one does better. The last one stopped heating food, but everything else worked...

This item is working great at this time... I have 2 small issues that I didn't realize until installing and using it... 1) the entire inside isn't white...which so far makes it more difficult to identify areas needing cleaned... 2) We don't seem to be able to use the 'timer' at the same time we use the actual microwave or vise versa...a little different from any previous models... It was easy to install but needed 2 people to safely install over range...

Looks great, works great. Installed by Best Buy fast and easy although I would not have been able to do so because we had to add an outlet to inside of cabinet.

Works great. Looks great. Had to try to match the stove and refrigerator we already had. This matched perfectly. Great controls and easy to work.

Had a Samsung over-the-range microwave from 2009 that finally died. Was looking for an easy replacement due to long work hours when it died in the winter. The mounting bracket on the back was exactly the same as the old microwave which made installation a breeze. The only thing that I needed to do was drill new mounting holes for the top bolts. Over 7 months later microwave is still working like a charm. Seems like thinner metal comapred to the old one that's for sure.

Previous Samsung owner. Having two microwaves quit working in the matter of 4 years, I decided changing brands. So glad I did, the quality is noticeble better, them also the price. After 6 months still going strong, time will tell.

The microwave heats up really good . I don’t like the design. The control panel is too dark and you have to look really close to see the writing. And the microwave itself is dark on the inside which makes it easier to clean up however it’s hard to see your item inside while cooking. The main issue was the control is way too dark. If I didn’t install it already I would have returned it.

I went from GE appliances to all Samsung and I love all of them. This microwave is great. I’m glad I spent a little extra and went with this one. It’s easy to clean and it looks very nice.
