The microwave fit in the space over the stove and the icons on the touch panel were self explanatory. It It's only been a few weeks but it has performed as expected. Our house was new construction in 1984 and the original kenmore micro lasted 26yrs. The replacement only lasted 7 yrs. The interior lining appears easier to clean and not show any staining or discolorization like the previous models.

We really like samsung appliances and this microwave doesn’t dissapoint. The settings are easy to use, it’s very modern and nice stainless steel.

This one replaced a 20 year old microwave. It's quiet, looks really sharp and wasn't crazy difficult to install. It was actually harder getting the old one out!

Good microwave but a bit dark inside the oven - hard to see food items. No minute express features so get used to entering minutes and second prior to hitting the start button. Easy to install but recommend two people to support and lift. Exhaust fan is strong. Clean stainless steel finish. Can’t beat the price paid

The staff was friendly when picking up out microwave. We got it home and unboxed it. It had everything we needed in the box. Since we were replacing an existing, older microwave, we had it out-of-box and installed in less than an hour. That was about three months ago, and we have not had any problems. Also, we sprung for the warranty.

So far so good. This is a nice sized over the range microwave over. I luv that its fingerprint resistant. It is paired nicely with my samsung range.

The buttons are kind of hard to press and the lack of quick minutes are what dropped a star for me. Quick minutes are like, you can hit 1, 2, 3... to instantly heat something up for X minutes instead of having to type in how long you want. Other then that I love it. It has a bunch of space and heats things up great. I installed it myself and it’s pretty straight forward.

Easy installation. Very quite compared to our last one with what seems to be faster cook times.

My husband was able to install this himself, with the help of my son. It works great and looks great. I couldn't ask for more.

I purchased it to replace my old GE microwave. I was looking for an efficient vent fan that would remove the smells of our cooking. This microwave does that which is good. In addition to that the other features of microwave are good as well . I have been using close to a month now I don’t see any smudges from the fingerprints like I see for the stainless steel appliances. Overall a good microwave!

The product is excellent -- had many features I liked - large rotating plate and the ability to turn off the rotation for oblong dishes. However, I had it installed next to a wall on the left and was unable to open the door. I believe the salesman should have been aware of this and definitely the installer - who completed the installation before determining that the door could not open. He would no take it out, but left it for me to handle with Customer Care (who did not understand my problem at all. I had to replace it with a different brand.

I bought this microwave after my super hero daughter (she’s 2) ripped the door off the front of the one that came with the house. This is an upgrade for us. I believe the wattage does play a good part in evenly cooking the food. It has a good space internally to fit larger plates for warming/heating. The directions on install were easy to understand and I was happy with how easy of a replacement it was. In my opinion it’s a decently priced model with features that don’t wow but they do absolutely work.

Previous Samsung owner. Having two microwaves quit working in the matter of 4 years, I decided changing brands. So glad I did, the quality is noticeble better, them also the price. After 6 months still going strong, time will tell.

I got it installled and it is working great! Sadly it is replacing the exact same model that only lasted 3 years. Hopefully this one does better. The last one stopped heating food, but everything else worked...

Very nice. Good upgrade. Large inside and blue inside makes for cleaner look.

Right size, right price, quick availability! Love my microwave and so glad I was able to purchase the full kitchen set.
