Great color. Works great. Low noise level. Negative product is great, but installator charged Extra because they had to drill in the wall & put different plate. I thought installation was installation. Than they also charged for a different connection. Why would Best Buy sell me the wrong one? You think they would know the correct one right. Paid extra also for that! Advice don’t buy the BB connector, contractor just happens to have one!

I got it installled and it is working great! Sadly it is replacing the exact same model that only lasted 3 years. Hopefully this one does better. The last one stopped heating food, but everything else worked...

Love this microwave! Black stainless steel provides a nice polished and classic look to go with different decor themes. Works great and looks fantastic. The only critique I would have at this time is there is not a button that is clearly labeled to set the clock. You have to hold down a button labeled as something completely different to access the clock function. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. It doesn't matter to me but the fan function is also fairly loud. I would definitely buy this again!

Love it! Saves us space in our small apartment but we still have a full size microwave. We like the simple buttons that make it easy for us to use. Thanks!

Previous Samsung owner. Having two microwaves quit working in the matter of 4 years, I decided changing brands. So glad I did, the quality is noticeble better, them also the price. After 6 months still going strong, time will tell.

After years with the same, old, outdated microwave I finally upgraded to this beauty. No fingerprints, tons of functions and easy for even my 9yr old to use.

Just got installed; looks nice and works well. Installation crew was efficient, friendly and respectful.

Lover the new microwave. Excellent feature and functions. The 3rd party installation team did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new.

Overall I really like this microwave and it is a good value. The stainless and front window look very nice and pair well with my other appliances, even though they are not all Samsung. I like the darker inside as well, and it performs as expected without any issues. As other reviewers have noted, the material on the number pad is a high gloss, cheap feeling plastic type material that, depending on how your kitchen it lit, shows scratches and marks VERY easily. Mine faces a window, so the scratches are fairly visible at certain times of the day, at certain angles. It was covered in marks within the first day of use, which speaks to how poor Samsung's material choice was. These things always confuse me from a development/testing standpoint - how did the engineers not notice this? That said, my wife doesn't even notice them (I'm very picky), and they are only visible in certain light, so it really isn't a huge issue. Beyond that, the door is very light weight and doesn't feel substantial or of high quality when you open and close it. It makes a fairly loud noise when closing and feels cheap. I wish they would have added a bit more solidity to the door to make it feel higher-end.

Good microwave but a bit dark inside the oven - hard to see food items. No minute express features so get used to entering minutes and second prior to hitting the start button. Easy to install but recommend two people to support and lift. Exhaust fan is strong. Clean stainless steel finish. Can’t beat the price paid

We really like samsung appliances and this microwave doesn’t dissapoint. The settings are easy to use, it’s very modern and nice stainless steel.

The microwave fit in the space over the stove and the icons on the touch panel were self explanatory. It It's only been a few weeks but it has performed as expected. Our house was new construction in 1984 and the original kenmore micro lasted 26yrs. The replacement only lasted 7 yrs. The interior lining appears easier to clean and not show any staining or discolorization like the previous models.

Easy installation. Very quite compared to our last one with what seems to be faster cook times.

This one replaced a 20 year old microwave. It's quiet, looks really sharp and wasn't crazy difficult to install. It was actually harder getting the old one out!

So far so good. This is a nice sized over the range microwave over. I luv that its fingerprint resistant. It is paired nicely with my samsung range.

The buttons are kind of hard to press and the lack of quick minutes are what dropped a star for me. Quick minutes are like, you can hit 1, 2, 3... to instantly heat something up for X minutes instead of having to type in how long you want. Other then that I love it. It has a bunch of space and heats things up great. I installed it myself and it’s pretty straight forward.

This microwave is a good combination of size and value. I didn't want to get one with a rack because I had read how sometimes they can cause sparks, and I didn't want to deal with taking it in and out all the time. This microwave has so far done the job for everything we needed it for, from defrosting to general reheating. I would suggest getting installers to put it in though, because it does look like it would've been difficult to do by yourself.
