I LIKE THE WAY IT LOOKS INSIDE. iT'S A DARK COLOR INSTEAD OF THE WHITE ONE. IT IS VERY QUIET WHEN IT'S WORKING AND IT COOKS THE FOOD PERFECTLY

This microwave is a good combination of size and value. I didn't want to get one with a rack because I had read how sometimes they can cause sparks, and I didn't want to deal with taking it in and out all the time. This microwave has so far done the job for everything we needed it for, from defrosting to general reheating. I would suggest getting installers to put it in though, because it does look like it would've been difficult to do by yourself.

Great price and easy to clean. Sensor is awesome. Seems to know how not to overcook. Installation was a little tricky, even for a avid DIY’er.

I love this microwave! It’s so easy to use and it’s the perfect size for any dish in your kitchen. The fan is great and the finish is just beautiful.

Microwave works like a charm. Love the many features; we use our microwave for just about everything so we use a good chunk of them. The eco feature is great too. You wouldn't think about something like that but gives a little peace of mind when we're out of town that the microwave isn't drumming up unnecessary charges. Would recommend to anyone! Also had installation performed through Best Buy's Geek Squad. Installer was kind, courteous, and professional. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. Couldn't have been easier!

Great size, heats items well. Love the three setting for ventilation, slightly loud, but that’s expected. The kitchen timer on it has been one of my favorite features. We’ve had it almost a month, so far no complaints. The only thing I don’t care for is setting the clock itself, no button that says clock. you have to hold the power level button for three seconds, put in time push power level again, choose am/pm, then push start and the clock is set. That’s not in the directions, it shows a clock set button (We you tubed it).

We ordered the microwave a few months ago after our 13 year old Jenn Air failed. We conducted a lot of on line research and went to a store late one evening to look at it. We decided to purchase the Samsung unit. It was installed by Best Buy and the did a great job. We unit looks great and works superbly. We want anyone who buys this unit that they need to call Samsung to obtain a comprehensive operating manual. The instructions that accompany the microwave are inadequate. The comprehensive instructions are clear and thorough.

Get this microwave, nice and big, plus fingerprint resistant. No issues so far with it.

Great product. Simple to use and makes less noise as compare to my old LG over the range microwave.

Great microwave oven by Samsung, performance as advertised looks great

My product came already opened with some damage to the top of the unit. The damage to the top wasn’t going to be seen once installed so I didn’t take it back immediately. However, after getting the product all the way out of the box I noticed there were missing instructions. Additionally, the back bracket for the unit was not included. I was able to use the bracket from my previous microwave with some cutting of the metal to make it fit. Only due to the fact that I was able to make due with what we had that this product was not returned. I’m satisfied with the microwave itself but was not happy with the way it came to me with some damage, missing parts and instructions.

We bought this microwave, together with a Samsung range, to replace a countertop version. It looks beautiful and has worked well the week that we've had it.

Very happy with microwave. Great size, runs quieter than old one. Only negative was install, template included didn't help much.

I purchased the Samsumg OTR Microwave to replace an awful Samsung OTR one. The previous one kept failing. I have never had a microwave fail and I did not take out an extended warranty on it. Big mistake. Samsung does not make good appliances. I only purchased this replacement because I could not find any available other than Samsung. So far, it is working well. Time will tell.

Purchased this to update my kitchen. Easy to install and works great. Setting time is tricky, but YouTube showed me how. Would highly recommend

Love this microwave it matches my kitchen. The inside is ceramic very sturdy lots of functions. The light underneath also has a nightlight. Very quiet.

Fits in the right space. Sleek!! Will purchase again.
