    Great item. I used this item when i was renovating one of my rental unit. Price and quality was excellent. The only problem was that the owner's manual was not in the box, so it had to go to the internet to learn how to set the clock. It was a quirky way of setting the clock but I did it

    Has all the features we need. One thing I didn't know was that each number and the 30-second button does not automatically start the microwave like our previous microwave. You have to press the number (or the 30-second button) AND start. I like the 4 fan settings. And the turntable reverses when the microwave is started and then restarted.

    Bought this to replace a unit we have had for many years. The install was much easier than anticipated. The inside is a bit dark, it is a ceramic coating, much like the inside of an oven. Cleanup has been a breeze though, just never use anything abrasive. Haven't used it long enough to determine the quality of build, but it feels solid.
