I really like this samsung Microwave. Easy to use, easy to clean. The buttons are actually self explanatory for changing the time. Temperature, timing, & power. It even has a melt button.

Great microwave with excellent features. Very stylish design. Had minor difficulty figuring out how to set the time. I would highly recommend this brand, great microwave at a reasonable price!

Overall a great microwave but I haven't figured out how to use the timer and the oven at the same time. Sort of a disadvantage for me. Also the reheat feature overcooks the food so I wouldn't use it.

Very good solid microwave... Pros Works well and easy to use Stylish, goes with any stainless steel appliance kitchen Cons No WiFi connectivity (not sure if this is a con because it's not like an oven or a dishwasher or washing machine that can be preloaded and started over WiFi. I guess you can put a bag of popcorn in there all day and start popping just before you walk in the door)

Sometimes we have to press a little hard on the buttons to get them to register. I'm hoping it holds out and doesn't wear a hole in the plastic. Other than that, the door is solid and it works well.

We replaced a a garbage Whirlpool "smart" microwave that lasted a little over one (1) year. The paint peeled and vapor was trapped in the door. What a piece of junk. Never get a Whirlpool and always get this great Samsung microwave. The interior is the same material as an oven so I doubt it will peel off. A straightforward microwave... in this case, it's better to be "dumb" than "smart".

It’s a great looking microwave. It works very well. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that I can’t use the timer at the same time something is inside being microwaved. My old microwave has that capability.

I bought this as a replacement for a similar one I had that started smoking inside when just heating water! If I got about 7 years out of the old one, then I expect about the same out of this one? Thus taking a star off - especially because I'd rather rate this after a year or so of use not after a month. Note that this review states I ordered this on 9/7/20 but they were out of stock and I didn't have it delivered and installed until the beginning of November which I was ok with as I had a countertop version to use in the meantime. (Delivery and installation was again top notch!) This one has the same functions of the previous one, such as having more than one brightness for the overhead stove light. I often use the lowest setting for a night light in the kitchen and often use the bright for cooking. It has multiple fan speeds and quick buttons. Basically all I need in a microwave and does the job.

It’s a fantastic microwave, installed myself so I converted it on exhaust free and it still be possible to convert on with exhaust. Installation easy and instructions clear. Roomy and feature full. Wife is loving the microwave and it’s installation above the stove.

A great size microwave that is perfect and does a great job

Very quiet unit, works well. When our last one broke, qe bought the same one. Just some configurations are difficult to set.

This is a good standard microwave. The sensor cook feature seems to work well, especially for teens in hurry to cook a snack. Installed easily. Not seeing the fingerprint resistant on the panel. It has to be cleaned frequently if you don't want to see prints.
