Samsung microwave

We were unable to replace with another LG because we wanted white which LG didn't have. This one does not have as many features regarding how long to cook various items. Also the LG had two timers and was able to time something in the microwave and oven at the same time. There was more cooking information in the booklet for the LG. This one has minimal info on the door. It looks nice, and maybe I will be happier after getting past the learning curve.

Installation was done by competent and pleasant people. Microwave has so far worked to expectations and is easy to use once you get over the for lack of details in the very thin instruction manual. All in all, an excellent transaction.

The dark interior takes a little getting used to as it is harder to see items inside. Very similar in function to the Whirlpool model I replaced it with, I hope it last as long!

Since I bought products before my kitchen cabinets were in, it wasn’t installed within the 15 day return period, so I am stuck with the dents. Otherwise, it operates fine.

Excellent service from Best Buy as always... It was a breeze to install and has more features than a few other brands in the same price range...Very happy with this microwave purchase.
