This is an intuitively easy MW to use. Works very well, and I appreciate the good lighting for range below and the multi-speed exhaust fan. A good buy.

It's a good, generic microwave. The cooking is just fine. My only complaint is that the clock is slow and loses time over a couple weeks, then must be reset. It's strange how a 40 year old digital clock radio can keep better time than a brand new microwave. If that doesn't bother you, then you will probably like it.

Without getting into the specifications, anecdotally, this is a solid microwave. It looks nice and performs well. It has a "sensor" that detects (I guess) what's in the microwave and adjusts the time to heat accordingly. I find this takes a long time, and isn't a big deal for me, but I can see why it has some appeal. My only real knock on it isn't about the microwave itself, but the one we received had a scratch and small dent. We still don't have a replacement. But that's probably a one off issue I'm dealing with.

Does what I want it too! Easy install and works well.

Got this as a replacement when my previous Samsung died. This was easy to install into the prior fitting. I don't know what the material on the inside is called but it looks much nicer and kinda retro at the same time. Haven't used all the features yet, but it heats my popcorn the way it's supposed to so I'm happy!

Haven’t been able to install because the size. This is a large microwave, which is what we wanted. However we will need to order a different cabinet to accommodate this microwave so it doesn’t hang so close to the stove.

This is my second Samsung microwave, the first one burned and I replaced it with the same product, due to the quality and ease of use, a very good product, I would recommend it.

It's nice looking. It works well enough. It was reasonably priced. Beyond that, honestly, it is mediocre. The door feels cheap, just like all the others I looked at before buying.

I purchased the item while waiting in line at a big box store for service and then the item wasn't in stock. I was out the door and across the street to pick up my purchase in less than 10 minutes. The ease of navigating and narrowing down my purchase was easy, as well as the checkout process.

Works like it's suppose too. Not crazy about the black panel, you need to turn on the light in the kitchen to read it. No instruction books are given, your on your own to figure it our yourself

Great price for such a large microwave. Buttons are a tad hard to push and the door doesn't shut with all that much ease. Those are just minor things though. It really is a great microwave and it gets the job done.

Easy to use, easy to read. My only complaint up to this point is the exhaust fan is loud and doesn’t change that much from low to high. Would be 5 stars if not for the loud fan.

Good microwave easy to use efficient and good size

Easy to use and does everything you ask of it. the popcorn feature is pretty cool and cooks the popcorn perfectly. it must monitor the sound or something. Everything else works as it should. The unit feels very solid and has plenty of space for larger items.

I love the look of this microwave. Works great too.
