Been using this microwave for over 3 months and it is excellent. Heats up food really well. The kids enjoy the popcorn option as the microwave has a sensor to detect how long to cook the bag. So no worries and it cooks the bag perfectly. Easy to clean and template for mounting worked great.

This microwave was on backorder when we purchased it, but it was worth the wait. It perfectly matches our range. I love this unit with all the functions, and in full disclosure have not figured out all of them yet but am excited to learn. This was a great price point as well for this type of unit.

First thing is kudos to my installers. The geek squad people sent out were amazing. This is a nice affordable microwave with all the features you would expect. It took a little while for it to be delivered but given the situation we completely understood.

It's a good, generic microwave. The cooking is just fine. My only complaint is that the clock is slow and loses time over a couple weeks, then must be reset. It's strange how a 40 year old digital clock radio can keep better time than a brand new microwave. If that doesn't bother you, then you will probably like it.

microwave was very easy to install and and very easy to use. I'm giving this review 4 stars because i wish the under head lights were LED, but these can be swapped out with LED bulbs in the future.

Microwave is attractive and efficient. They say it is finger print resistant but I'm not sold on that...stainless always needs a lot of cleaning and this microwave is no different.

We needed to replace our over-the-range microwave and after considerable research, we selected this microwave. We have not been disappointed. The vent works well and installation was quick and fast. There's no complaints for us and we're extremely happy with this choice.

This microwave has worked fine. I have had no problems with it. However, the instructions that are included with the microwave or not thorough. I had to YouTube how to set the time on the microwave.

This was a replacement for it's previous model. Since it's the same size it fit perfectly in the existing opening. I loved my old one, this is better. Of all the models to choose from I still like Samsung.

Nice looking microwave. TBH, I never used it. It was installed in a house for sale.

It does the job but I wish I still had my Kitchen Aid. I liked it much better. It’s really weird to set to clock on the one and a few other little quirky things.

I needed to replace my old over-the-range Samsung microwave and was so glad that this was on sale. I checked Home Depot and it was the same price but they did not have one in stock. I needed it immediately and was pleased that Best Buy had one in stock.

We came straight over after purchasing Kit Kat waffle cones ice creams and shared our sweets with them . The surprised look on their faces were surprised & at 1st they weren't sure how to respond. We purchased this microwave to replace a 15 year old LG unit. This Samsung microwave has exceeded all of our expectations. The sensor is completely accurate when cooking potatoes or popcorn. It is extremely quiet compared to my old microwave oven. I highly highly recommend it.

We bought this Microwave to match our refrigerator and dishwasher. It was easy to install and looks great matching the other appliances.

Works great, easy to install! Setting the time was a little more difficult then it needs to be but other than that, Great quality for the price!
