We needed to replace our over-the-range microwave and after considerable research, we selected this microwave. We have not been disappointed. The vent works well and installation was quick and fast. There's no complaints for us and we're extremely happy with this choice.

They don't make this size anymore. We were lucky to snag the last one. Great microwave!

microwave was very easy to install and and very easy to use. I'm giving this review 4 stars because i wish the under head lights were LED, but these can be swapped out with LED bulbs in the future.

Our new microwave is great. We've had no issues. It's been very easy to learn. No problem in running the controls.

It does the job but I wish I still had my Kitchen Aid. I liked it much better. It’s really weird to set to clock on the one and a few other little quirky things.

Quiet efficient install went perfect easy to use, but as with everything these days you have to go on-line to see the manual.

I needed to replace my old over-the-range Samsung microwave and was so glad that this was on sale. I checked Home Depot and it was the same price but they did not have one in stock. I needed it immediately and was pleased that Best Buy had one in stock.

This microwave replaced my 21yoa one. It works really good. I still learning how to use it, since my old one was very basic. It blends in nicely with my kitchen.

We purchased this microwave to replace a 15 year old LG unit. This Samsung microwave has exceeded all of our expectations. The sensor is completely accurate when cooking potatoes or popcorn. It is extremely quiet compared to my old microwave oven. I highly highly recommend it.

We've had this for just a few hours, so this review is about the purchase and installation process. I ordered it a couple days before Christmas, curbside pickup from the nearest store. Unboxed it: it was damaged. Looks like a fork lift ran into it, a corner was bashed in and there was a corresponding five inch or so long hole in the cardboard. Returned it and asked for another one. I was given a refund instead, and when I asked if I couldn't get a new one, she said sure, but I'll have to do the order again. One result of that was that the $5 off coupon I had used the first time around was wasted; I paid $5 more the second time. Ok, that's not big, but it's annoying. Then I found out they didn't have any more in stock in that store, so she ordered it for me with curbside pickup from another store. She assured me they would email me when it was ready, and maybe text me as well. They did not. Christmas came and went, and still no microwave. So I went on-line, discovered I had an account, and that my purchase had been awaiting pickup for three days and would be canceled in another two if I didn't do something. So I went and picked it up. I should say that curbside pickup was great both times--no complaint there. Got it home and read through the instructions. I think of myself as fairly handy, but at least one part of the installation instructions was clearly for a different microwave. The picture shows you removing some kind of a grill above the door to install the carbon filter (used if you don't have a vent duct). Likewise, the user instructions say "The charcoal odor filter is behind the vent grille at the top front of the microwave oven." As you can see from the pictures, there is no such grill. I'm mystified as to where this carbon filter is. The microwave is now installed and seems to be working well. I was a little surprised that the interior is a mottled gray; I've never seen a microwave that wasn't white on the inside, which makes it easier to see what you're doing when you're cleaning it. Maybe we'll get used to that.

Looks great, works just as expected. The touch pad requires a bit more pressure than you expect and the exhaust fan is horribly loud when on high. In fairness I don’t know many that aren’t, but this is loud enough we don’t really want to use the exhaust fan on high. I think this one falls into, we bought it at the price point and we understood what we would get. It will meet your expectations, it won’t wow you or exceed them. Solid, exactly what you expect.

The product in question being the microwave is working wonderfully and i would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have an over the range microwave

Its a great looking microwave with ok quality, charcoal filter is confusing and not clear instruction to install, my door is not aligned. But they are coming to check it out. Overall not bad

I love the look of this Microwave. However, my only complaint is the clock situation. I had to google setting the clock after a power surge.

I haven't used all the features on this new microwave but so far it has performed very well and I really like the inside as it is easy to clean. I like all the features I've used. The four speed fan is very nice to use and it cooks very well. I've no complaints in using it.

I love the color inside this microwave. Very pleased to see it was dark gray. Very easy to clean. Much better than white.
