However 18 months later the handle broke off and the replacement part is almost as much as just buying a new one! That is ridiculous. The ast microwave I had last 10 years, this hasnt even been installed for 2 years and does not get used on a daily basis.

My stove crapped the bed after 17 years and even though I didn’t need a new microwave, I got one to match the new stove. Glad I did! Super easy to use and very functional!

Replaced it with this one and it works wonderfully. Pretty easy to install as it was the same as previous so the bracket was already in place. Working well and son very happy!

It came with everything needed to install. the template helped a lot. Save it incase you need to refresh the kitchen or relocate it. The fingerprint resistant helps with it since it's Black Stainless Steel. Looks sharp in the kitchen.

This one worked great, we especially liked the blue interior as it doesn't show spills as much as the traditional white. This microwave does not have a metal rack, so know that before buying.

Touch pad would not respond or was difficult to register. Very unreliable. Returned it! Samsung is perfect. Have never had a problem with a Samsung appliance.

Has many settings and pretty self explanatory. We actually installed it ourself but honestly you need at least 2-3 ppl to help so just an fyi.

But I like the clean lines and black interior which looks like porcelain . Delivery was quick, and the installation went well.

It’ has many different features and it warms and defrost your food so well. I love the build in fan and light on the other side and it’s f very cool to be to have the option to use the turntable on or off.
