This microwave has alot of extras that we didn't realize that it had. We bought a stainless steel which is nice but we bought a Samsung refrigerator after and only could get it in black stainless steel and we tried to return microwave to exchange it for the same microwave but in black stainless steel and we still had it in box never touched and 17 days tried to return or actually just exchange and for a more expensive one and they wouldn't let us as this item only had 15 day return which was ridiculous but the microwave itself is nice.

Everything still ties together very nicely and this shiny new microwave is great.

However it doesn't allow me to use the timer and cook at the same time like my last one. otherwise it does the job and so far I am happy with it. The pre settings are easier to use too.

We got it and notice it was not heating up properly. Contacted Best Buy Customer service and they replace it with a new one. I personally think the touchpad is not user friendly but the microwave does its job.

all sorts of settings, but no 'express'

You have to press 1 0 0 for 1 min, etc. First-world problems, I get it. But was confusing when I pressed 1 and cycle was done immed!

Good but could be better

However, when I downloaded the user manual on line I found some unexpected surprises. The directions say to let the oven cool for 5 minutes after each use. That is not helpful when you are reheating more than one item and want everything to be hot at the same time! So far I have not religiously done that without problems but long term I may be making problems for myself. Also, with this microwave you cannot both cook and use the timer at the same time. That was possible with the Whirlpool unit I replaced and I miss that functionality.
