The magnetron did die on it however Samsung was very accommodating and professional and had it fixed within a few days.

It provides quick & easy preparation for variety of items. We like the multi speed fan choices for vent and light is effective as night light or cooking aide! Very good choice!

It is spacious. It has a variety of snack settings, one is for nachos, another is for hot dogs, another for frozen cheese sticks, etc. So helpful. There are also a variety of setting for healthy foods, such as oatmeal. The light on my old microwave that lit up the stove only had one setting. This one has two. The vent fans have 4 speeds! And it looks good! I am very happy with it!!

Unit has functioned quite well although it ended up being mounted a little too high for my shorter wife. It was once necessary to dismount it and unfortunately the rear right internal screw plate detached within the unit. So it was remounted with just one top screw holding it on its left and a right dummy screw helping prevent tip over. (Tip over cannot readily occur as unit's weight sits on a retainer plate screwed to wall and top is flush against cabinet bottom.)

The interior is thoughtfully a dark color so doesn't show the stains and spatters that my boys forget to wipe up. Easy to set up easy to use. The hardest part was setting the clock, but we figured that out as well.

This Samsung microwave is larger on the inside yet smaller in overall size compared to our last microwave. Very nice design and overall very happy with it.

Has many features that our last microwave did not have - multiple one touch categories for different dishes is a very nice feature - saves you guessing as to how much time and what power level to use.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a quick replacement for my broken microwave & this was similar in function to my last one. the better improvement to me was the ALL DONE signal didn't keep dinging till i turned it off. 4 beeps to let you know it was done then only ONCE every 5 minutes after. Sounds a little frivolous maybe, but i love that feature. i can now leave the kitchen area to do other things without having to stay nearby to shut off that annoying persistent beep like my old microwave. All functions work well. It makes good popcorn , defrosts & reheats well.
