Micro is great except for setting the clock. That was a task in itself. Need better instructions.

This microwave has exceeded all expectations. Initially was going to go with a less expensive one but am glad I didn’t. This one does everything and more. Haven’t even tried all the features but am sure they will be just as amazing.

The microwave is easy to use, reliable according to my research it has been i. use for just a couple of weeks. Bonus is the coating inside of the microwave. It is super easy to clean and maintain. This is a bonus for me!

This appliance is the best option at this price range. Nothing else compares to the inside finish or how it looks once installed. Flawless operation and ease of use. Would buy again fora rental property.

So far we love it. Still learning to use it and the placement of the different touch buttons. Having trouble with setting timer.

The microwave replaced another Samsung. The installation was a little different than the original. Had to cut the cabinet more. The operating manual was a fold over and mostly useless. I downloaded a 20+ page manual from Best Buy. Otherwise it works great.

The microwave works fine, but even though the box appeared fine it was dropped before delivery, denting one of the back corners. As you can’t see it from the front we elected to install it instead of waiting 2 more months for a replacement. Also, the buttons are not as sensitive as our previous model, but we’re getting used to it. Interior is a nice darker pattern that matched oven and looks very nice and should be very easy to clean.

I have used the microwave now for a little over a month. I like it. Cooks quickly and evenly. Easy to clean, the interior is nice.

Nivce looking and easy to use.....has the features we wanted

We are. Dry pleased with our new microwave. It is easier and faster to use than our old one and blends in well with rest of our appliances

Cooks well, easy to clean and looks good. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is I miss the express buttons my last microwave had.

Great gift for my mom. Installation was easy enough by myself and the price was fair. I had to return the first one because of some damage, but Best Buy was quick to get me a replacement. No problems so far.

Easy to install and does everything as it should with ease

This is a decent over the range microwave. It does the job, and is very on the eye. A nice design. It provides good value.

Unit was a great replacement for previous one but unsure on an issue that has not arrested itself. During potato bake cycle and boiling water, it steams up the outside door. I'm exhausting outside via a independent line so this should not be taking place. Next step enlist the manufacturer for insights.

Bought this microwave after my previous GE microwave broke. Overall the microwave does the job. But some features I miss from my GE microwave: 1. express time cook missing. Doesn't have express cook , so every time I have to put in the time. 2. Buttons are hard to press. 3. Changing the settings is not trivial. 4. The build quality is not great, feels plastic.

We have a Samsung dishwasher and a Samsung fridge so we wanted the microwave to match. The quality of Samsung seems to be well matched with the price so overall feel like it's a good value. It seems easy to use and looks great.
