We really like our new microwave and are quite happy with it. The ceramic interior is very nice. The only thing keep it from 5 stars are some basic, simple convenience features we liked on our old one. On our old unit, we just had to push "1" (or "2" or "3", etc) and the microwave would turn on for the associated number of minutes. Also, we could have both the timer going and the microwave going at the same time. With this one we can't (or haven't figured out how) to do both at once.

Great microwave. We had this in our old house and when we started our remodel in our new one, I knew that this was the one I wanted. Great size and good power.

The microwave works fine, interior is a nice blue enamel that matches the Samsung stove interior. Not hard to hang and vent. BUT... the range lighting is the only thing keeping this from being a five. Instead of LED lights the range lighting is maybe halogen and gets very hot. The amount of light and 2700k spectrum looks great. Just wish the lights were led for energy sav ij nigs and safety.

Good product. Works well and is aesthetically appealing. The glass plate inside, however, is way too large. Ceramic inside is an easy clean, but i do not like that it is dark in color. Prefer white, but doesnt come in white. My old samsung microwave has a glass inner window, this one is plastic, and i dont like that either. One last thing, and its just a small thing, the 30 second add button requires you to push the start button, as my old samsung didnt require that. Overall, good product.

I love this microwave. Most microwaves these days have terrible buttons for popcorn/meals. This one is amazing. The butter soften setting is spot on. The popcorn button actually LISTENS for when the popcorn is almost done. I use the reheat button a couple times a day. It’s one of the best appliances I’ve ever bought.

This microwave was easy to install and looks great in the new kitchen remodel. Buttons are not very touch sensitive, so have to push harder on them than my previous. Overall it does a great job so far.

Size is nice, carousel works well. Functionality js fine. Downside, TouchPad is not back-lit and is difficult to see.

Looks great. We use it mainly for reheating and defrosting. The unit is quieter than our old microwave and the results are comparable to what we were used to.

This microwave works well and has a good variety of "pre-set" heating programs. The control panel is a little unusual in that there are no "auto-run" programs - meaning that if you punch "1" and then Start, rather than getting a minute of heating, you only get one second. It is also a bit loud.

We originally purchased an older model and it started to malfunction. Best Buy offered to replace with latest model since older one was no longer available. Replacement works great and we love Samsung appliances.

This model was a replacement for the Samsung SMH1816S that we had for 9 years. Installed in 5 minutes as it used the same bracket & holes.

Love My New Samsung Microwave....It is absolutely Wonderful.

This over the counter is perfect and matches very well with our other Samsung kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove) the black stainless is great and easier to clean vs the regular stainless

Awesome microwave. We bought this to replace a Kenmore that was expensive but only lasted 8 years. This one is so nice instal was easy with the instructions.
