Most microwaves these days have terrible buttons for popcorn/meals. This one is amazing. The butter soften setting is spot on. The popcorn button actually LISTENS for when the popcorn is almost done. I use the reheat button a couple times a day. It’s one of the best appliances I’ve ever bought.

However, design wise, I wish that the door was flat on the face instead of the bent metal flare at the bottom. One week in to owning it, I caught that part of the door with the iron stove grate trying to clean that, and I’ve dinged the microwave. Ugh. We’re living with it, but man, I am disappointed that it’s so delicate.

The instructions were not very useful. Just setting the clock was not clear at all! Had to google it! Just to set the clock! I am very good at electronics and if I can’t figure out how to do something like set up a clock! That was crazy! But besides that I do like it. Better instructions would be recommended!

Installed by Best Buy and was a smooth installation. Not as hard to set time as others have noted. Cooks evenly and ready quickly. Love my new microwave.

The space inside is much larger than my old one that was the same size on the outside. I am able to fit large dishes in it. It’s easy to use and easy to install.
