Nice microwave, but could be a little stronger. It takes slightly longer to cook than my old GE unit.

I had purchased this a month ago when my old Amanda stopped. I really liked the looks of this range. I was limited to find one in white. This one was just right. It had all the bells and whistles it is large inside and works great. It runs much quieter and really heats fast. The interior is not like plastic and is very easy to clean. The only drawback is the touchscreen is hard for me to see. Could have used a back-lite to show the numbers and controls. Maybe it’s just me. I’m 76 and my eyes ain’t what they use to be. Very nice machine.

We only bought this one because we knew it would be an exact replacement for our older Samsung which means an easier install with the top vent. Good but hidden dent. if/when you get this, make sure to remove all the protective coverings before you install it. we left ours on thinking this would protect it from scratches anf fingerprints during the install. so after it was fully installed including the top vent install, when we removed the protective coverings we found 2 dents at the top of the door that are very visible. the box asnd packing material were perfect and we were really csreful installing it. the dents were in an area that we did not even touch or go near so it means the dents happended in the factory snd they didn't cstch it or they ignored them and covered them. they weren't csaused by shipping. we didn't want to go through ther hassle of taking it all down and re-packing it and lugging it back. the only options given were return/replace or a 10% STORE CREDIT toward a future purchsse. not even $25 credit toward this purchase. since we got it on sale for $250, the credit was only $25. They didn't give $25 per dent. just $25. However, it's been almost 3 weeks and still no credit received. we will try calling them again or maybe we have to go back there to complain in person. so make sure to fully inspect before you install. but that still means that if you find dents, you will still have to repack it and lug it back to the store. AND your replacement will also have to bve fully inspected before the install in case it is also dented. this was a Samsung screw-up but Best Buy should have at least offered to credit this purchse.... not a future purchase. We would havwe returned it for a replacement LG because we are now angry that Samsung didn't help us, but there were none in-stock

I like the look of this microwave except that the door doesn't perfectly line up when its closed.

There are no quick buttons for the number of minutes you want. Instead there are buttons to reheat various items or to use sensor cooking. I had a problem reheating a rotisserie chicken, but everything else has come out fine. Fan and light are much better than on the GE model we had.

Love microwave, little concern with hard to press buttons and fingerprints show way to much

Microwaves in general are considerably more expensive than they were pre-COVID while offering less features. It works fine, just like a microwave should and it looks good installed. However, there is an annoying drawback. You cannot set the timer and run the microwave simultaneously. For me this a huge nuisance.

Looks good. Clock set up not intuitive. Love the interior.

I like ever thing about it except you have to press hard on the buttons and it is a bit loud.

Good looking unit and operates well. Good value. It didn't not line up perfectly with the Samsung unit I was replacing, but a bit of carpentry skill and all was well.

So far this Microwave is working fantastic! I bought this to replace my 3 year old GE that stopped working, kept blowing my breaker. Samsung has much higher quality than GE, Fridgidaire, and the many cheapo brands out there. I own Samsung TV’s and other of their appliances that are awesome. Much respect for the brand. So I’m hoping this lives up to the brand name. The finish is really nice and smudge resistant. It cooks like a dream! I really like the sensor which helps me know that the food is cooked all the way through. The keypad is easy to use, very intuitive. The sale price was unbeatable! So far so good!

Must buy great quality, easy to clean, doesnt use alot of power.

Happy with our new Microwave purchase. Not too big, yet big enough for family casseroles. We purchased the black stainless to hang above our stove.

It is on okay product. I am not a big fan of the control panel as it seems that the buttons do not quite line up with the control panel.

Love this microwave. We switched from all black appliances to stainless. This fit our space and was easy to hang. Works like a champ.

Never had an over the range microwave, the Samsung is impressive we are really enjoying it, very convenient and works very well, thanks one of my BEST BUYS yet

Great microwave for the price. Would be better to catch it on sale though.
