The new unit arrived but the owners manual was not included, so I printed out a copy from the Samsung website. The interior is painted black and makes the interior very dark, hard to see inside when the unit is operating. One drawback. When using the single function buttons such as popcorn, potato, etc, Samsung recommends you wait 5 minutes after use before using the oven again.

This Samsung microwave oven is very good looking and work's perfect. Fast delivery and received in excellent condition. Very polite delivery person.

Other than the installation, this is a solid microwave with nice features.

Awesome for the price. Great replacement for the previous samsung

It replaced a similar Samsung model we had that had stopped working. This unit works as expected. The only issue is an annoying bumping, popping sound from the turntable's drive system. Thank God it can be switched off. The older unit's turntable also had function issues as well. The landlord couldn't even tell it had been replaced. I still think Samsung should stick to phones and TV's.

Decided on this microwave when our old LG died and found it had the features and price that were happy with. It's hard to say it does anything bad as it heats/cooks what we want it to in a timely fashion. One thing I do like is the sensor cooking does an excellent job of heating pizza, cob corn and other things to the correct temperature and time and then stopping. As with most microwaves, the vent didn't quite line up with the old vent and needed modifications. The directions are a bit sketchy also but go to the Samsung website and you can download a complete set.

Seems to be working fine for now. First one only lasted about 3.5 years before the door broke because of inferior plastic part, would have been $200 to get a new door. But then the unit fried making it totally illogical not to replace with new unit. The only reason I replaced it with similar unit was to avoid any carpentry work that may have been needed for a different unit. This unit looks great but who knows how long it will last. As of now I've had to repair fridge,replace fan motor in oven, And need to replace water wall dish washer or have it repaired at a cost of $600. Decided to buy a different brand to replace this unit. Samsung looks & works great for a short time, but the cost of the repairs is ridiculous if you can find someone to repair it

Has all the features you need and more. Only giving it 4 stars because you can't use the kitchen timer feature at the same time using the microwave to heat something. While not necessarily a deal breaker, I didn't realize how much I used and appreciated that feature on our last microwave. It also has an intermittent vibration noise but that may be due to the installation needing a slight adjustment.

Easy to use, good size, the fan is a little noisy on higher speeds, very good over all.

Great microwave for the price. Would be better to catch it on sale though.

Perfect replacement for my old microwave. At first glance it looks really big but it fit perfectly.

We like the looks especially the enameled interior. The light is brighter. Does take a little longer to cook things than our older one.

Easy to install and all the settings work amazing.

Great microwave and easy to use except for setting the clock. Had to Google how to set since instructions were not clear. Overall I am very pleased.
