I have never run it all the way through because the food is done well before the countdown starts. Also buttons are very hard to press making me feel like I have to break it every time to use it and is annoying.

My old Samsung Finally died after 10 years. Not too bad I guess. Installation was a breeze since I was replacing with same brand. The inside of the microwave is blue, like some ovens. No matter, everything seems as good quality as my old one. This one has enough of the basics plus more. I give it four stars because I never give anything top marks.

The one flaw (something I didn’t realize I had to look out for) is that the control panel does not light up. It’s our fault for having not read enough reviews , but who would design a microwave where the panel doesn’t light?! I never had to consider this feature before.
