This is great! It looks strong ! all features are goood! easy to install and use

Sleek design and very spacious inside. Cooks very fast. A bit noisier than our last GE model. The rotating tray makes lots of grinding noises if it hasn't been used recently. Not happy about not having one-touch quick buttons to set 1, 2, 3-minute cooking. Would recommend a more advanced model.

Microwave plunked out and I had to scramble, this one fit the bill and has some nice features, works well, need 2 people to install

Solid microwave for the price. Exhaust fan works well with multiple settings. Heats up food pretty evenly and I love the design.

I'm using this not over the range but over the electric kettle and other small appliances that create steam. My previous kitchen's upper cabinet was damaged due to steam, so I decided to use over the range microwave over the small appliances. Large plates fit to the large turn table. Feels like the microwave can warm up foods faster since the capacity is large.

My microwave went out and this was a nice replacement. My husband and I installed it ourselves and the instructions were easy.

Nice solid unit, is to read settings. The clock was hard to set.

The popcorn and potato setting is amazing! The hardest thing is trying to reprogram the clock after the power goes out.

Easy installation, great value, many menu options, good option of this unit will be installed between a wall and a cabinet. Powerful fan.

This was a replacement for another brand so I thought it would be difficult to put in its place but it was remarkably easy. Works great so far!

I gave it a 4 star only since my old cheaper GE allowed you to choose and 1 and it came on for 1 min. New one makes you put in 100. Maybe sounds lazy but just a nice feature. Love the black stainless color and have had no problems

It works and looks amazing. It was super super easy to install, from removing the old to having this one running took 1 hr by myself.

Basic microwave seems good once we replaced an initial faulty device which made a scary crackling noise and smelled like something was burning! Fortunately the independent installer service was able to come back the next day - best buy wouldn't have been able to give another appointment for 2 weeks!

Nice size oven with better options, vent fan sound is little high could be better. Otherwise this product so far is very good.

Very strange that a microwave does not have a time control place on the pad. It is truly a pain in the neck to change the time. The directions provided are inadequate and are difficult to follow- seven for tech savy people. Imagine what a person with little tech ability has to go through. On most models, you press clock,enter the time and press clock again. Not this model. Big mistake!!! Samsung has taken a simple procedure and turned it into a nightmare. Appliances should be user friendly-not a challenge to frustrate the user. NOT HAPPY.
