There are some features I preferred on the LG but overall this microwave works well. Especially since it was more than half the price of the LG.

Can’t Set Timer While Cooking

I kind of assumed that I would get an LED light at the price point but apparently not with this model. You also cannot use the microwave and set a timer at the same time which I feel is a major issue.

The user directions I received are not for this model. To change the clock, the directions say to push the settings button. This model does not gave a settings button. Fortunately I have a clock on both the stove and coffee maker, but the wrong time on the microwave is annoying.

The plastic coated keypad requires too much force to operate. 2. The 30 sec quick start key also requires you to additionally press the start key. Not a true quick start feature, annoying. 3. So far the sensor cooking feature last too long, overcooking the product.
