    We bought this microwave from the best buy outlet and it was giving me some problems at first where it would just shut off randomly, but that has stopped and I’m just hoping it doesn’t happen again!

    I like the microwave fairly well. I love the look and the blue interior. I would have liked if it had quick start buttons/functions. Melting butter is also a chore in that it seems to explode even when not fully melted and within 15 seconds into the process. Other than that it is a good purchase

    It's ok. It heats the food but not evenly and I would prefer the option of automatic start, however, that is not a big deal.

    The heating compartment is spacious so no problem in heating food in large containers. The down side is that the extractor fan is loudy. It sounds like an industrial machine. Also, the key panel is not as sensitive to the fingers as I expected and the door always has fingers stains.

    I would have rated this 5 stars if samsung would keep the holes the same. Not sure why it is so hard to keep the holes in the same spot to hang the microwaves. I had a samsung previously and of course this one had different positioned holes. The overall feature function and usability is excellent, just hope samsung takes feedback on hole positioning.

    Nice looking and operating microwave, the only thing I don’t like about it is during operation the door will steam up from the out side almost like there is a door seal leaks or something. Or possibly the door insulation and stainless is just to this..
