Looks good, gets food really hot. Easy controls, easy to keep clean. Good size inside. Haven't tried the sensor yet.

Great microwave it’s big and very pleasing to look at

The perfect microwave. The dark interior makes it so easy to clean.

Our LG over-the-range microwave failed recently and we replaced it with this Samsung. There are some features I preferred on the LG but overall this microwave works well. Especially since it was more than half the price of the LG.

Nice looking and operating microwave, the only thing I don’t like about it is during operation the door will steam up from the out side almost like there is a door seal leaks or something. Or possibly the door insulation and stainless is just to this..

Has so many auto features it does all the thinking for you. Everything comes out perfectly cooked. Very easy to use.

Replaced old microwave with this and and glad that we did. Offers way more modes to heat up food and works awesome.

Cooks fast and has many auto settings. Very nice looking also.

Eye appealing with no vent showing from the front. Shows fingerprints on front. Like the inside coating of the oven. Doesn’t seem to have the quick high power heating as the old one. Still give it a 4 star.

Great looking microwave. Compliments looks of Samsung refrigerator we have nearby it beautifully. Was skeptical of the sensor cooking feature as other units we’ve had have also had this. They would still burn foods like microwave popcorn. The sensor cooking on this Samsung microwave, however, has worked perfectly for us thus far. Have made several bags of popcorn already and not one burnt tasting bag yet. Build quality seems solid. Very happy with this unit so far.

Aesthetics are top of the line and i would have hiven it five stars if i could ajust things like the music/ the preset functions/ and if it had a QuickStart feature. Overall though, it is a lovely microwave.

Old Samsung microwave passed over the rainbow bridge and we replaced with equivalent newer model. So far we are pleased.

Looks beautiful. Didn't realize it had a blue LED display which doesn't match our other kitchen appliances that have green LED. Also, this microwave doesn't have shortcut buttons (quick cook) where you can simply press "1" for 1 minute cook time. It requires you to use "1:00, start". Not a big deal but definitely wasn't a known feature lacking.

Work just fine for the price. Bought this on sale. I like the stainless steel look.

After doing some research we decided to go with this model as it was on sale and comparable to our old microwave. My wife and really enjoyed the fact that the the interior was not the typical white that tends to discolor over time. I had never installed a microwave before but after removing the old one, I decided I would give it a shot. Instructions were clear and we had it installed in 45 minutes. As far as features, it's a microwave and it heats up food.
