This Samsung replaced a whirlpool and we really like it. It is very heavy so if you can have the geek squad install it, do it. Do item for the price.

I personally prefer the microwave to start microwaving once the 30 sec button is pressed. On this one we need to press the 30 sec and then the start.

We’ll Best Buy delivered timely and installed at the earliest time we were available. When the installers came the hardware was not long enough. Well they headed to the local hardware to get what they needed. After the first experience we had this went a long way. Product is great too. Simple but good.

Only downside was they don’t include printed manual, instead you have QR Code to pull up manual. Although the QR code did make registration with Samsung easy.

I eat popcorn everyday and the sensor must really work. Im not wasting half the bag. Also works great on food as well. I use it quite often and has worked flawlessly. Spend a little more and get this one with the cooking sensor.
