    This is a nice microwave- it works very well. I am a bit tainted with the manufacturers of microwaves in general because this is our third one in seven years. We do not abuse them, we do not use them any more or less than anyone else, yet we have to keep replacing them. I wish the manufacturers built them to last...

    Nice Microwave. Functions as advertised. Seems ro be made with quality in mind. Been using for a while with no issues. Nice styling. Fit our kitchen remodel nicely. Cleans up nicely on stainless steel door. The programing is a bit awkward. Defrosts frozen food well.

    This Microwave works well. The installation by Best Buy was done well. My only reservation is that the clock setting is not intuitive. Google setting the clock for a Samsung Microwave, it works.

    I needed a black stainless steel microwave to complete my kitchen. Thought I was buying an open box model but apparently it was on sale brand new. So out of the box it was beautiful. It does come with its own mounting bracket attached and instructions which were in Spanish so don’t buy one online like I did. Overall installation wasn’t so bad since I had an over the range hood microwave prior but you do need a couple of helping hands to lift it while you attach it.
