    Overall this microwave has adequate features. The dark enterior doesn't allow you to see the contents very well while cooking. I find the control panel somewhat difficult to read easily. The turntable makes a noticeable sound when rotating.

    This Microwave works well. The installation by Best Buy was done well. My only reservation is that the clock setting is not intuitive. Google setting the clock for a Samsung Microwave, it works.

    The microwave is awesome! Wish the directions were better. There are 2 different sheets of MICA in side - they look as though they are cardboard and should be removed. I did that, accidently ripping them. Tried ordering them from 5 different places - they were all the wrong size. Finally ordered a replacement from Samsung. This was very frustrating! My mistake - but wish it was spelled out in the directions better.

    After almost a month of use, the only complaint I have is that sometimes the "buttons" don't react to touch as quickly/easily as they should. Sometimes you have to push twice for it recognize the pressure. Other than that, it works well and is pretty. We really like the blue inside too.
