Dim lit over stove light.

However the light was an incandescent and very dim, I called Samsung and they said that is the way it is. I went back to Best Buy and spoke to my sales person and explained my dissatisfaction and after he went to his manager I was offered a 10.00 credit to purchase LED bulbs. After installing the proper bulbs it worked fine and I am happy with the performance.

It is very roomy, and the auto-cook features are a nice touch, as the sensor works very well. The only 'knock' is that the interior light is quite dim, making it difficult to see what is happening without opening the door.

Other then that I do love it

The wattage output on the radio waves is very reliable; two strips of bacon cook perfectly at 2 minutes on high every time. We did have to install supplemental lighting close to the unit because the all-black of the unit makes it hard to see without it (or with the huge overhead light in the kitchen). We like it.

But although I thought I wouldn’t find one as good, I was delighting find the one we purchased better. This Samsung dose everything my old one did and more. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Fingerprint proof SS finish is nice. Touchpad not lighted- would be helpful for midnight snacking. Not as intuitive as I’d like but we were in a hurry. Installer was top notch.

Much lighter than our old one so I could carry and install it myself. Very happy with the variety of presets and the 4 different fan speeds. I am glad it can be used with an internal filter or vented outside so that we could still use it if we install an outside vent someday. My only complaint is that the fan runs at reduced power if you are also microwaving something at the same time.
