    This microwave is awesome. The capacity is great and our food always comes out great. Somehow it seems to distribute the heat more evenly across the plates than our previous microwave and we've been very happy with it thus far. Highly recommend.

    Our old whirlpool broke and the one i ordered to replace it still wasnt here after a 2 month wait so told bestbuy id take what ever was comparable that they had instock at the store. Ended up with this and was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. The installation was a bear i don't care what nobody else says but the end results was well worth it. Nice quiet functional microwave.

    We like our new Samsung microwave, it replaced our old Samsung microwave after 5 years of use. We bought our old one from Lowes and they sell microwaves that have manufacturers dates as far back as 2015. Check the manufactures date before purchasing one. I am happy that BestBuy has microwaves that were made in 2019.

    This over the range microwave was a good buy at the price. It was not the top of the line but performs well. Our only regret is the dark lettering on the control board requires some added lighting after dark. Small inconvenience along with a couple more items.

    Nice new and sleek microwave. It replaced a 20 year old microwave that was getting pretty weak and the elevated buttons were cracking. I love the way the control panel is on this one. It's flat. This one weighed about half of what the old one did so was easy to put up. Works great and we love it.
