The buttons are very difficult to use and a lot of times you have to press really hard to get it to operate. The light bulbs burnt out in the first week. I just feel that for the price that we paid.It should have worked a lot better.

It replaced a 20 year old microwave that was getting pretty weak and the elevated buttons were cracking. I love the way the control panel is on this one. It's flat. This one weighed about half of what the old one did so was easy to put up. Works great and we love it.

Was done under warranty. Has worked fine since. If you install this over a stove try not to boil water directly under the control panel. We think it was steam that caused the panel to fail.
