    I was looking for one economic MW oven for my kitchen and I reviewed the opinions and costs and availability from different places, and absolutely this is the best. It is not the cheapest, but it is the best ratio cost-service. You can find more expensive that are not as good as this one. In addition Samsung is a brand name that inspires trust.

    The microwave I purchased was because ours broke. But although I thought I wouldn’t find one as good, I was delighting find the one we purchased better. This Samsung dose everything my old one did and more. I am very pleased with my purchase.

    When I could not buy this microwave at ANY local area store, I ordered from Best Buy to pick up at the closest store which was 100 miles from me. Awesome experience! This purchase was so easy for me from finding the product I needed, to checkout, to communication and pickup. It is finally installed in my new kitchen, and I love it! Perfect for my house and my needs. Thank you Best Buy for an awesome experience!

    This microwave is awesome. The capacity is great and our food always comes out great. Somehow it seems to distribute the heat more evenly across the plates than our previous microwave and we've been very happy with it thus far. Highly recommend.

    The Microwave was delivered and installed professionally by a great team. However the light was an incandescent and very dim, I called Samsung and they said that is the way it is. I went back to Best Buy and spoke to my sales person and explained my dissatisfaction and after he went to his manager I was offered a 10.00 credit to purchase LED bulbs. After installing the proper bulbs it worked fine and I am happy with the performance.
