Awesome experience! This purchase was so easy for me from finding the product I needed, to checkout, to communication and pickup. It is finally installed in my new kitchen, and I love it! Perfect for my house and my needs. Thank you Best Buy for an awesome experience!

It is not the cheapest, but it is the best ratio cost-service. You can find more expensive that are not as good as this one. In addition Samsung is a brand name that inspires trust.

Tapping 30 sec then tapping start (2step) is not a positive in rating this appliance.

Love the solid feel of the door and solid feel overall. It was easy to install although the mounting had to be modified compared to the previous microwave. The exhaust fan is quiet and multiple speeds is a plus It cooks quite well. The light has two bulbs and gives off adequate light.
