    It has been working great since I bought it over 1 year. Awesome product and it has great look. Earlier version had 4 fan individual settings and now I have the one button to press 4 time to get to the required setting of fan.

    Well made - I really like the oven interior finish - My purchase was a replacement; so installation was super easy - The installation instructions are pretty simple and easy - Sad to say though; there is NOT a operation manual or booklet included to show you how to operate or USE the features - So be aware; you will have to find out on your own how to use all the features - For the price it is still a bargain

    The microwave is definitely a good value but we heard some strange noises from the motor when we first were using the unit. Best Buy is bringing us a new one to be installed. I still think it's a good microwave and would recommend it.

    Purchase one from best buy and first time there is a dent. Second time it was ok and I purchased the warranty with it. Look sleek and nice. Only time will time whether its good.

    After about a year...when we would turn on light underneath, the entire microwave would get hot on the outside. So hot that you didn't want to accidently touch the microwave at all and NEVER use the light underneath Never could figure it out so Best Buy replaced it after warranty check.
