Like all others the fan is excessively loud, but I challenge you to find one that isn’t. The hardware that comes with it for mounting is garbage. Both molly bolts broke leaving me to have to make a trip to the hardware store to get replacements.

The paper template was useless, I got lucky, it fit the mounting bracket from the old microwave. I like that the inside is blue and not white like my old one.

Microwave worked great for 3 months then didn’t.

Then, the microwave started catching food on fire. I contacted Samsung support to file a warranty claim, but three weeks have passed without a resolution. Samsung keeps promising that this will be fixed, but another week goes by without any progress or a scheduled repair. I would advise avoiding Samsung due to their poor support. I’ve owned many Samsung products, but this experience is making me consider other brands.

I really like the door being smaller (shorter) than the models that have all controls across the bottom of very long doors which swing out much too far for me. I was happy to be able to try out each model in the store, with excellent help from sales clerk.

Recently purchased item, it works as expected. A preprinted owner's manual would be a very useful item to help explain various setup functions such as the Sensor Cook and the clock time setup, etc. Also, I have a question as to the purpose of the uninstalled charcoal filter???
