    Excellent working over-the-range microwave. Recently purchased item, it works as expected. A preprinted owner's manual would be a very useful item to help explain various setup functions such as the Sensor Cook and the clock time setup, etc. Also, I have a question as to the purpose of the uninstalled charcoal filter???

    I bought this as a replacement for one that went bad during the time when we were asked to practice social distancing and self isolate. Having a tech come to the house and install the unit was out of the question. My wife an I got the job done easily and we've loved using it every day. The power rating is more than adequate for our daily use. I have no issue with this choice so far.

    Not at all happy with one thing on this micro, the number panel is scratched, it said to clean it with a sponge and paper towel, which i did and the scratch marks show up real noticeable, can that number area be bad that it scratches so easy and can it be replaced or will you replace it with a new microwave. Would appreciate an answer ASAP, thank you JOYCE ARENA

    This is better than we had hoped. Our old Samsung finally broke after 15 yrs, so we bought this to replace it. It was fairly easy to install. The finish is beautiful, and the inside grey color is so much better than our old white. The only negative thing I have to say is that it's really not fingerprint resistant like it says. It's better than our old one, but still shows fingerprints.

    There isn't anything special about this microwave but it is nicely built and does the job. The only reason I’m giving it a lower rating is because the buttons are hard to find and you have push them really hard.
