    Technician who removed the old microwave and installed the new one was knowledgeable, thorough, and knew exactly what he was doing. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. He took the time to ensure the vent was taped to carry any odors outside the house. He cleaned up afterwards. Without reservation would welcome him back to install any future purchase made at Best Buy.

    Only complaint is no way to set clock as no clock button or menu on function keys. Had to unplug and plug in at midnight. First on I have ever seen without programming button. Cooks food well other than that.

    Had an issue with fan running when door shut after first week, but Carlos came and put new panel on and fixed it. So far so good. Had same microwave for the last 5 years but as soon as warranty expired it had almost same issue but would actually not stop running. It was cheaper to buy this one then pay for service.
