However, I look at the control panel to set the clock and intuitively, there is no apparent way to set the clock. I reference the manual, and the instructions tell you to press the clock button. Well, there is no #%^**+= clock button, what the #%^*+!!. After search online trying to figure out how to set this dumb thing, there is a series of commands that you need to enter to set the clock. So the next time that I or someone else has to set the clock, we will have to search the Internet to figure out how to do that. Some dumb engineer dropped the ball on what should be such an intuitive feature. Peace out!

You will press and hold the button for three seconds then proceed with setting the time on the display. So not impressed with Samsung’s workmanship..should not have to replace microwaves every 7 years.

It has many features and I like that the inside is like a black material. Overall we are happy with it

Microwave does what you need it for on a daily basis. Delivered and installed by the Best Buy team. Good price and happy with the purchase from start to finish. Almost forgot to mention setting the clock was a bit of a challenge but once we figured that out all good.

No issues so far with microwaving food. Very spacious inside as well. Haven't used all the bells and whistles, though, so can't write a review about those. Definitely worth the buy.

Some changes from old to new are not improvements. Old had 5-speed exhaust fan; new has 4-speed that is automatically reduced to 2-speed if microwave is turned on while exhaust fan is set at 3 or 4. Unfortunately, the exhaust fan speed is not automatically increased back to your setting, when microwave cycle finishes. Old had white interior; new has black. I was happier with white. Keypad is difficult to read in low light
