The "buttons" are kind of hard to push, which makes me concerned about the longevity of this unit. It is a really good size. It looks really good. It's sounds cheaply made when you open and close the door...like the sound that the door on a cheaply made car sounds vs. a well-made car. Installation was a nightmare due to very poor communication between Best Buy and their contracted installer and both to me. Make sure you know who is delivering the unit to you, either Best Buy or the installer - you have to ask.

Try a power cycle if the microwave has power but won't respond to commands or only certain buttons work. Service is required if the panel still doesn't respond.

A few buttons are confusing and I have locked myself out of the keyboard a few times, but it's easy to figure out how to unlock. The inside is roomy and I like the fan and light underneath.

Good for the price

Our old unit had five reheat settings where this unit has only three. Even still it gets the job done. We were quite happy with the installation. The technicians were good and did a good job of cleaning up the area.
