We’re a little bit disappointed with this product after 5 months of used the turntable lights was already broken but overall everything works perfectly and very easy to clean up

My old over the stove microwave stopped working so when we were at Best Buy a sales person showed us the different over the stove units on sale. The Samsung 1.9 cut ft model we chose was installed by Best Buy and works great. The 2 man crew that installed it were fast and left the area cleaned up and took the old microwave with them.

We needed a microwave to replace one that broke. After shopping around we found that most of the major appliance stores all had the same price however best buy allowed us to ship to the store and pick up for no charge (since we were installing ourselves). They provided great customer service as we picked up the microwave right in the middle of Black Friday shopping.

Microwave was a good purchase. Nothing fancy & works fine. Only negative is that instead doesn’t light up while cooking but it’s not an issue for me.

It is a good microwave with Sensor cooking. The stainless steel with black accents goes well with other stainless Steel appliances which have black accent pieces.

It's a good working and looking microwave. Works well but does have some issues. Blower is set to the back by default. Almost no other company does this out of the box. No quick start option, must put in a time and submit it. Works great though

This item looks great in our kitchen we wanted all stainless steel appliances when making our purchase. Microwave had all the features we were looking for. Only thing it really is not fingerprint resistant.

Microwave is beautiful, works great. The only complaint, the directions to modify for over the range and install were not very clear. Took some time to decide the directions. But it’s up and running great.

Overall, I am happy with this microwave. I will say the pictures are misleading, because I thought I was getting a rack with this microwave. Also, I am unhappy with the timer. You can not cook food while the timer is on.

Love this! We were not having any luck with GE microwaves (2 in 4 years) decided to try this Samsung. It has the same power as the others, but seems to cook better. The only thing it doesn’t have that the others did is the ability to run the kitchen timer and cook something at the same time. With all the great features, not a minus in my book.

We selected this microwave only to find it did not have quick keys for heating water. You have to select beverage and then start. The fan has multiple speeds to keep smoke out of the house. Does Potatoes to perfection, defrosts as designed and everything we have cooked or reheated came out perfectly. If you like quick keys get a different model. I miss them!
