    My old over the stove microwave stopped working so when we were at Best Buy a sales person showed us the different over the stove units on sale. The Samsung 1.9 cut ft model we chose was installed by Best Buy and works great. The 2 man crew that installed it were fast and left the area cleaned up and took the old microwave with them.

      A properly working microwave is needed for it to work, JolandaA. Let's go ahead and provide you with the information you need.

      We recommend you always ensure that the door seals are clean and that the door closes properly. Take particular care when cleaning the door seals to ensure no particles accumulate and prevent the door from closing correctly. Wash the glass door with very mild soap and water. Be sure to use a soft cloth to avoid scratching.

    We selected this microwave only to find it did not have quick keys for heating water. You have to select beverage and then start. The fan has multiple speeds to keep smoke out of the house. Does Potatoes to perfection, defrosts as designed and everything we have cooked or reheated came out perfectly. If you like quick keys get a different model. I miss them!

    Love this! We were not having any luck with GE microwaves (2 in 4 years) decided to try this Samsung. It has the same power as the others, but seems to cook better. The only thing it doesn’t have that the others did is the ability to run the kitchen timer and cook something at the same time. With all the great features, not a minus in my book.

    Overall, I am happy with this microwave. I will say the pictures are misleading, because I thought I was getting a rack with this microwave. Also, I am unhappy with the timer. You can not cook food while the timer is on.

    This item looks great in our kitchen we wanted all stainless steel appliances when making our purchase. Microwave had all the features we were looking for. Only thing it really is not fingerprint resistant.

    Microwave is beautiful, works great. The only complaint, the directions to modify for over the range and install were not very clear. Took some time to decide the directions. But it’s up and running great.

    It makes loud noise sometimes. I am not sure what’s going on, but it seems when I set power level other than 100%.
