Excellent quality, large interior and plenty of options. The keypad scratches SO easy! I strongly recommend ONLY a micro fiber cloth. Had I known that prior I would have not used a paper towel. The stainless steel matches great with the other appliances.

Interior is black…very dark and the function panel is also very dark and hard to see. After only having it about a month the turntable stopped working. Delivery was like watching The Two Stooges…they left a huge mess all over the place, sawdust from installing. They had to remove the television as it was built in directly above the microwave (same size as microwave)and said it was ready to go. In my oversight I forgot to check it and now it does not work! So overall I’m not too happy with Best Buy!

We had the silver microwave before. When replacing it we had no doubt about getting the same one. This time we got the black one. It is a great microwave with a fantastic fan. I would recommend it.

Attractive microwave with easy to use functioning.

It doesn't have a lot of extra features or shortcut buttons but what it does have what's necessary for regular day to day needs. It's priced competitively and it has a handsome black cabinet. The exterior cleans easily with a soft microfiber rag when done daily. The interior size is ample for most uses. My family really like it.

I'm giving 3 stars only because of Best Buy's support. We bought this in late October and early December (1m2w) it stopped working. We finally got our confirmation to return the unit yesterday for the same model that can't be fixed and Samsung doesn't support our area.. thankfully we have a BB warranty to go along with this unit. BB did come out and look at it while it was still inside manufacturer warranty so tyvm for that. 2 stars for timeframe it took Samsung to authorize return, 4 stars for BB going above and beyond, 1-star for the unit we received. (3 stars overall) hopefully the next unit will work longer..

Bought this during pandemic when there wasn't many to choose from in stock. It wasn't easy to install & didn't come with all the parts we needed.

Great product at a reasonable price and easy to install.

The delivery was set for between 9 AM and 12 PM 25 May 2020. Came around 1020 AM . Seemed to be a fairly smooth take out and install. They then showed me damage to the top left of Microwave. They stated that they did not see it before it was installed. Box did not seem to be damaged, but I cannot state for certain. Anyway they said they would notify Best Buy that it had been damaged, and that I would get notification. None so far. I am waiting for your notice on this and a new install or at minimum 30% - 40% back on product. Damage seemed to cause doors slightly misaligned also. The installers also left without giving me the user manuals.

Microwave works fine except the inside is blue which is odd. Otherwise no issues at this time.

Replaced my older unit Samsung from 2013 the sensor cooking does a great job of heating things but not to the point of destroying them with nuclear Heat! Definitely the newer technology of microwaving

We bought this because our 5 year old Samsung microwave was havin a loud noise that won’t heat the food. I thought this new one is better than our old but it’s not this I rate from 1-10 it’s like 5 as fair. I don’t like the smell it’s like a power burning smell and the sound is loud. Overall okay

Microwave broke after warranty was over, Had anothersamsung microwave installed by best buy and air with oil leaking to my kitchenand this one also broke. Since 2016 3 microwaves already.
