    Big and beautiful. I like the black features and inside, which I think will hide the splatters. My one complaint is that the touchpad shows fingerprints.

    We've had this same microwave for three years. Countless uses on it and had a fluke heating element failure torpedo it. We got another one just like it. Worth it.

    it just randomly started making a really weird noise after only having it for about a month or two. the door feels like it could pull off at any moment. it was hard to install

    After my GE microwave died on the 1-year anniversary after installation, I went back to Samsung. What a difference in quality for not much more money!

    Takes longer to heat things on high setting than previous microwave even though wattage is equivalent (seems true of many newer microwaves). Does not have some of the convenient features on the menu options that we would like, such as number of reheat categories (only 3), softening butter or chocolate, etc. This is difficult to assess in the store without power to the microwaves. Took numerous tries to set the clock, not intuitive. Can't have timer running in background while using microwave for something else. OK as a slightly above basic microwave.

    This is a microwave... Heats up your food... haven't figured out how the sensor works... but you can just input the time you want to cook with. The buttons are a bit stiff to begin with but seems to get better after a little use.

    This is a great microwave - replaced an older Samsung that died after 10 years so I did not have the replace the backing plate, it was the same. Had to drill new holes in the cabinet above due to new location for those bolts. One thing you have to get used to is that the inside compartment is a dark color. Got it for a great deal as well - $200

    There are few instructions on how to use the many capabilities. I haven't read the online information and I need to. It is not that easy to figure out, so it is a little bit of a disappointment in that respect

    Great product. This is a repeat purchase for us (albeit 8 years later). Love the dark grey stainless steel. The delivery crew were quick and efficient, if a little bit standoffish.

    Nice basic microwave, we were replacing a similar Samsung that failed after 8 years. Best Buy had it in stock and I was able to buy online and pick up at the store in an hours' time. Very fast, very convenient.
