Purchasers this oven to replace my older oven that came with the house. Install was very easy. I only drilled twice. My original brackets work just fine. Love how fast it cooks

Looks very good in my new kitchen. I mainly use it as a typical microwave without using the vent function. But I noticed that the light is quite dim and the fan is very noisy

Microwave broke after warranty was over, Had anothersamsung microwave installed by best buy and air with oil leaking to my kitchenand this one also broke. Since 2016 3 microwaves already.

It's quite big and we like that. but the fan is very loud.

The microwave is great, no problems with it. The directions that come with it are not enough. Couldn't set the clock. Had to go on line to get the full instructions. Once I looked at them everything was good.

This item is a replacement for an eight year old Samsung Microwave we had in our home. It s very similar; however, the largest difference is you can not use both the kitchen timer and the microwave at the same time. We used that feature nearly EVERY DAY. Not sure why this feature went away, but it sucks. Other than that it seems to work well.

We purchase the Samsung microwave to replace our old 11 year model. We want a more powerful exhaust fan. The microwave fan works great exhausting cooking odors The fan on high level is loud but effective. I would recommend this item.

Easy to install and operate. The family loves it.

This replaced an earlier Samsung I had. I liked that one quite a bit and knew the mounting would be the same. The only real difference was the dual use of some buttons. The manual doesn't make it completely clear, but it wasn't that hard to figure out.

Called today to try and make appointment for someone to come to house to move my Tv down it’s too high was in hold for over 1/2 hour talked to 2 different woman and no one came back on phone

We love this microwave and the help at Best Buy was so wonderful and knowledgeable. The gentleman installing it were so professional and friendly

the product is as described, the only thing is it is BIG. WE wanted a bigger capacity microwave but it hangs out about 1-2" inches out and when we have the burner on high it heats up the door handle very bad. Very HOt

Needs more durable part, 3rd one in a few years dut to door latch breaking and needs easier quiter door close

Recently purchased this as part of a bundle. The look is modern and sleek. The buttons are clear and respond to light touch. I usually prepare and freeze my food for the week. I am still struggling with setting the right time for a perfect reheat. Otherwise, it functions as advertised and has plenty of room.

We needed a new over the range microwave quickly due to our old one failing to work any longer. They had what we needed in stock and we couldn’t have been happier. The sensoring features are outstanding!
