One beep timer

Burning numerous dishes at the point of being useless. Also, if you have the timer working you can not use the microwave at the same time. With these terrible designs we can't use the microwave like we always have. Samsung used to be a quality brand. I won't buy them anymore.

Large over the oven microwave

Only downside is that the door is slightly off and isn't flush with the right side. Probably just a small defect that only we will notice... otherwise it's been great! Pretty strong fan on it as well with 4 speeds.

They are both talented cooks so they use microwave to (i) warm up their dishes prepared elsewhere, and (ii) heat their teas and other beverages. They love the microwave.

Quality seems much better than the GE it replaced. Only downside is the user manual. It appears to be a generic manual for Samsung microwaves. The instructions for use don’t match the microwave buttons.
